Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Punkyouth account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
